We deal with wholesale divisions of the same mortgage lenders who you deal with on their retail side. For example you could walk into the office of a lender and they would offer you their retail mortgage rates. We can get you significantly lower mortgage rates from the very same lender.
We also make less profit on each deal hence our rates are lower than other lenders.
